Bio

I am a sophomore at NC State obtaining my B.S in Polymer & Color Chemistry within the Wilson College of Textiles and a minor in Arts Entrepreneurship. Currently, I am working under Dr. Gao and a graduate student’s guidance to develop 2D based sorbents for phosphorus sustainability. It is my first research opportunity and I am curious to see how my interests in organic, & analytical chemistry will push me to independently work on a project addressing an important environmental concern. I look forward to learning more about myself and my skills with this experience to pursue a career in STEM.
