Julia Wang

Bio

Julia Wang worked with Dr. Gao’s research group during the 2017 Summer Research Internship Program sponsored by her high school, the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics (NCSSM). She studied the cross-linking of graphene oxide under the guidance of Ms. Nanfei He. Her research interests include materials science, solid-state physics, computer science, and mathematics. She will graduate from high school in May 2018 and start college in the fall. She won second at the regional level and honorable mention at the state level of the International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) with the research project. In April 2018,Julia has accepted the admission offer from MIT class of 2022.
